Easy cab is not that easy – A customer experience

Customer Service turned difficult with Easy Cab. This was my 3rd call to Easy cab to resolve the issue. I was promised solution will be given to me by 24th March 3 pm. I haven’t received solution till today. They haven’t even called me to tell me if they are working on it.
Posting this call record to share my experience so that you know – Easy Cab does not fulfill what it promises & most importantly Customer is the least most important person for Easy Cab.
